REFUND POLICY:
We honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:
    •    Lack of stock of the product: If for some reason your desired purchase is no longer in stock but your payment is still received by us, we will issue a refund. In this case, we will also contact you clarifying the situation and notifying you of your incoming refund.
    •    If the product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us and we will appease the situation accordingly, whether it be a refund or replacement of the initial product purchased.

We do not honor refunds once the product is shipped and received by the purchaser otherwise.
